Q. What is Holistic Health?
A. Holistic Health can be defined as an approach to life. Rather than focusing on illness or specific parts of the body, this ancient approach to health considers the whole person and how he or she interacts with his or her environment.
Q. What are the 5 aspects of Holistic Health?
A. There are five main aspects of personal health: physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual.
Q. Why is Holistic Health Important?
A. Holistic health teaches you to take responsibility for your own health, and in so doing is: cost-effective in treating both acute and chronic illness; therapeutic in preventing and treating chronic disease; essential in creating optimal health which leads sustainable happiness and fulfillment.
Q. But I want to lose weight fast for my friends wedding? How will your program make me do that?
A. You have to understand we are a Holistic Health Consultancy not just a magician, a local gym trainer or a diet giving nutritionist. We have to assess each client closely in order to their current levels of health, their readiness for change, their levels of self awareness in order to make realistic long and short term goals with them based on their current levels of expertise. For us the main outcome is not weight reduction, muscle development, but these are by products of following a holistic lifestyle.
Q. So if I want your services how do I start?
A. First book the initial appointment. Once you have booked your appointment, we will ask you to fill a Lifestyle questionnaire, based on which we will have a 30 min counselling session, wherein we discuss more about your current state of being and chart a blueprint for your future. Then you decide which of the programs you would want to pursue with us, and after paying for the same we take you on-board as a client/partner.
Q. What happens after I choose a program?
A. Once you have enrolled on a program, we have a kick off call to set long and short term goals, as per the program. After goals setting, we take two days to generate your initial charts in terms of Nutrition or Fitness Programming, or 1 day to send you the schedule for the Meditation and Mindfulness coaching. The first charts act as a blueprint for us to transition into periodic cycles to achieve long and short term goals. You get unlimited programs based on your goals till the time your program finishes. Along with this there is weekly call based mentoring, education and daily accountability and motivation support.
Q. How all do we connect?
A. Based on the program you select, we will either connect over call or meet weekly. Other than that we will connect between 10-6 between Monday to Saturday for all inquiries or booking a telephonic session.
